Here you will find a brief overview of recent sensory design experiments. These are case studies that emerged from my PhD research through collaboration with neurodivergent research participants. Together we prioritised the tactile, sonic, and kinaesthetic senses, over the traditionally dominant visual sense, to explore how clothing design (dis)connects us with our bodies and environment. We experimented with alternative design processes that work with the moving body and material qualities to consider the impact of the sensations we craft.
